Edinburgh,
where we stay for the first night. Staying in our
Capital, exploring the sights and sounds of this
vibrant city. Tonight we dine at Leith at our
favourite seafood restaurant, followed by an evening
at our whisky club;

SCOTCH MALT WHISKY ASSOCIATION
Overnight
at the
Royal Scots Club,
Edinburgh.
day two;
another day in the Capital
City, this morning we take a trip to
Rosslyn
Chapel, now world
famous thanks to the Da Vinci code movie. This is a
stunning visit so full of history, unknown secrets
and myths. After the visit here we visit our first
ditillery;
Glenkinchie.
The home of
'The Edinburgh Malt' is located in the rolling
farmland of East Lothian and houses an exhibition in
the listed red brick buildings. After a tour and
taste here, we return to Edinburgh for some final
free time here in this “Athens of the North”.

day three;
we move north this morning, our
first stop is Perth and one of Scotland's most

north again through through the city of Perth to
Highland Perthshire and
Aberfeldy.

Here we visit
Dewars World of Whisky.
We offer you the FABULOUS
Signature Tour!
- we don't define exactly how many whiskies you
will taste, but at least: Signature Super
Premium (£180 per bottle), Aberfeldy 21 year old
single malt, Aberfeldy 12 year old. AND Taste direct
from cask (in the filling store -
|
currently a 22 year old Aberfeldy in original cask - very
atmospheric!) Plus - we're happy to let youtaste
others from the range. The key thing about
this is personal treatment, guided tasting,
and the cask tasting is pretty special.
We then check into our
accommodation. Step
through the doorway of this Country House Hotel, and
into the arms of a classic warm, Scottish welcome.
A former Victorian mansion house, the
Pine Trees Hotel
is small and select, combining luxurious
accommodation with individual service and attention,
in the glorious setting of the Scottish Highlands.
Dinner awaits.
